(O3) Estimate the impact on resource use and costs. (O4) Explore patient experiences regarding their care trajectory. Design: Multi-method study: (O1, O2) Systematic review and retrospective, longitudinal, multicentric cohort study with data extracted from databases; (O3) Scoping review and cost estimation; and (O4) Qualitative study. Participants: (O1, O2, O3, O4) Individuals diagnosed with depressive disorder or anxiety disorder treated with antidepressants and\/or anxiolytics. Scope: (O1, O2, O3, O4) Primary care (PC) and specialized care (SC) of the Servicio Canario de la Salud. Sources of information: (O1, O2, O3) PC and SC medical records and prescription\/dispensing pharmaceutical information systems; and (O4) Focus groups. Main outcome measures: (O1) Adherence and polypharmacy; (O2) Care trajectories; (O3) Direct healthcare costs per patient, estimated based on the use of healthcare resources, from the SNS perspective; and (O4) Patient experiences (Patient Journey Map). Analysis: (O1) Multilevel logistic regression models; (O2) Process mining; (O3) Cost analysis; and (O4) Framework analysis using human-centered design.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contact Person<\/strong>:
