\ud83d\udccd On October 25th, the RICAPPS<\/a> Conference concluded in Madrid, leaving a significant mark on research into multimorbidity and chronic diseases.<\/p>\n

The Evaluation Service of the Canary Islands Health Service (SESCS) was present, highlighting the importance of tackling methodological challenges and sharing innovative strategies to advance patient health.<\/p>\n

Among the contributions was the panel \u201cMultimorbidity in the RICAPPS<\/a> Network,\u201d where Lilisbeth Perestelo P\u00e9rez<\/a>, Head of SESCS, and Ana Isabel Gonz\u00e1lez<\/a>, from the Madrid Health Department<\/a>, presented the EMPODERA Project, focused on empowering patients with multimorbidity to achieve better health outcomes.<\/p>\n
