SESCS organizes different training activities (courses, seminars…) aimed at professionals in the health field on research in health services and health technologies, in order to provide knowledge, skills and abilities that promote decision-making and practice based on scientific evidence.
SESCS periodically receives scientific visits from professionals in the health field to contribute to their training in practice based on scientific evidence and improve their knowledge in the area of research for the evaluation of health services and technologies. In addition, some members of SESCS are part of the teaching team of different training programmes, diploma courses and master’s degrees at various Spanish universities (University of La Laguna, European University in the Canary Islands, Menéndez Pelayo International University…) and are tutors in the Family and Community Medicine and the Preventive Medicine and Public Health specialities.
